📢 High School Softball – Important Week 1 Information! 🥎
Hello Parents & Players,
Our first week is jam-packed, and I wanted to give you all a heads-up on what we will be up against.
📅 Evaluation Days (Monday, March 3 – Thursday, March 6):
⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Start on the softball field, then move as needed.
✅ We will go rain or shine, so please dress appropriately.
✅ By Friday, all players will be placed on their respective teams.
🔹 Daily Schedule:
📍 Monday, March 3: Player meeting in the team room at 4:00 PM, then warm-ups in the outfield. At 5:00 PM, we will move to the football field for our combine day.
📍 Tuesday, March 4: Start in the outfield at 4:00 PM sharp, then move to the football field at 5:00 PM.
📍 Wednesday, March 5: Hitting in the cages right after school, then transition to the football field.
📍 Thursday, March 6: Meet at William Walker Turf Field right after school until 5:30 PM.
⚠️ Important: Players will not be provided rides back to BHS and must be picked up at William Walker (2300 SW Cedar Hills Blvd). A bus to WW leaves at 3:45 PM from Beaverton.
📍 Friday, March 7: Players will receive their team assignments and uniforms.
📌 Additional Key Dates:
📍 Saturday, March 8: Parent Meeting & Outfield Fence Setup.
Please bring gloves and a jacket!
📍 Sunday, March 9 – Team Photo & Media Day:
⏰ 9:00 AM
💲 Photos are $45 per player.
⚠️ This is a mandatory event for all players.
